Shipping & Delivery 

• All deliveries are made via door-to-door courier services.
• Deliveries are made to your selected address. Please ensure that there is someone to collect your parcel on the day of delivery.
• We do not offer any pickup services at our office.
• At the moment, we only deliver to Peninsular (West) Malaysia, excluding Labuan, Sabah & Sarawak.
• No minimum purchase required.
• Delivery time is 4-5 working days, excluding weekends & public holidays. Please note that the delivery time may vary during festive seasons.
• Once your order has been sent out, we'll send you an e-mail containing a tracking number for your package.

    Shipping Fees

• RM 7.00 for the first 3 Kg, RM 1.00 for each additional 1 Kg.
• After 20 Kg, RM 1.90 for each 1 Kg.
