Returns
Please kindly contact us Here if you are unsatisfied/unhappy with your item and we'll gladly assist you through the return process.
Please note that you have 14 (FOURTEEN) days to return an item from the day you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- New and unused
- In the same undamaged condition that you have received it
- In its original sealed packaging
Please note that your item must be accompanied by either a sales invoice or proof of purchase. All returns must be sent to our office address below:

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will contact you to initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your refund within a number of days, depending your card issuer's policies.
Damages / Defects
Sometimes, things can go a little wrong. But rest assured that we're here to help you in the most painless way possible!
If you have received a defective/damaged item upon receiving your order, please kindly contact us Here within 14 (FOURTEEN) days from the date of receive.
Please note that we may require for you to:
- Provide a sales invoice or proof of purchase
- Return the item to us
- Provide image proof of said defect/damage
In which thereafter we can provide you with:
- A refund for the damaged/defective item
- An exchange of the damaged/defective item with a new identical item
- An exchange of the damaged/defective item with an equivalent product of equivalent value
Shipping
In the case that you would like to return your item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
