1. All payments on this website are conducted through a third-party payment gateway, iPay88 (M) Sdn. Bhd. 

2. The Clean Shop will not be responsible for any technical errors that may arise during the payment process, however, we will endeavor to the best of our ability to work with you and iPay88 to reach a fair resolution. 

3. The Clean Shop reserves the right to reject any purchases/orders which are deemed to be fraudulent in nature. If such case arises, The Clean Shop will inform the buyer of the transaction and refund payment accordingly.

Discount / Promotion Codes

1. The Clean Shop may have promotion discount codes from time to time which may apply in respect of certain specific purchases made through this website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

2. The following terms and conditions relate to all The Clean Shop promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated):

• Only ONE promotional code can be used per order.
• A promotional code can't be used after an order has been placed.
• Promotional codes may not be exchanged for cash (or equivalent).
• If you've been given a promotional discount code, then it can only be used by your own The Clean Shop account for the purpose for which it was issued.
• You should keep the promotion code confidential and only use it for your own purchases through the website.
• New member sign up promotion discount code is only allowed for one-time usage ONLY.
• Minimum spend limits or products category exclusions may also apply. These limits and exclusions will be explained in the email in which the promotional code is attached.

• Any attempt by any party to exploit a promotional code/voucher, and make multiple orders with different contact details (including but not limited to: name, phone number, address, email and so on) will have such orders cancelled and the code/voucher's right of use revoked.

Free Shipping

1. Free shipping (zero delivery fee) is only applicable for all single orders valued at RM 150.00 and above, after any promotional discounts, and excluding shipping fee.

2. Applicable for all orders within Peninsular (West) Malaysia ONLY, and excludes Labuan, Sabah & Sarawak.
